Vowl the Owl

Hardcover ISBN: 979-8-9929093-1-9 32 pages 7 × 10 inches Mindset & Self-Talk

Vowl the young owl is thrilled for a day at the pool with her friends — until she realizes she forgot her pool pass. As she flies home to retrieve it, her thoughts take a dark turn. What if her friends are mad? What if they do not want to play with her anymore? The more she worries, the worse she feels.

But just when Vowl feels stuck in her thoughts, her wise mother steps in. She teaches Vowl an important lesson: “Life is a mindset you must understand, you are what you think, so you must think you can.” With that new understanding, Vowl learns to watch her thoughts, shift her mindset, and come back to herself.

Vowl the Owl is a heartwarming story about self-awareness, resilience, and the power of kinder thoughts. Visit Vowl’s own website for more information.
